Terms & Conditions

Below is a summary of our complete Tour Terms & Conditions

Read the itineraries on our website and select the most suitable itineraries for you, fill in the form and then send it to us.
If there is no itinerary in our ready-made tours that meets your requirements check the map with the locations and customize your own tour plan, fill in the form and then send it to us. More detailed information is highly appreciated as it will help us optimize your tour plan more effectively. Please also make sure you have read and agreed our business terms on the website 

On receipt of our reply , please carefully study the itinerary and quotation we have prepared for you. After that, should you have any questions or further requirements, please feel free to e-mail us. We will be pleased to make any changes as per your requests. our aim is to make you completely satisfied with the final plan.

After receiving your inquiry, including your per night hotel room budget, we'll send you an approximate quotation to see if our prices match your budget.

When the itinerary and hotel selection are agreed we require a 10% deposit of the tour price to Hold the Reservation. On receipt of this payment, the transport & driver are confirmed and we will start the room reservation process on your behalf within your stated budget. Once the accommodation is firmly booked, we give a fixed tour price within your final budget and summarise all arrangements. Balance payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.

Late Bookings: If booking wIthin 6 weeks of arrival, and once the itinerary and hotels are agreed, we require an advance payment to at least cover our hotel reservation outlay as we do not risk our own funds! Any final balance can be paid by bank transfer or in local cash on arrival. 

Terms and Condition


When the quote is accepted we require a deposit to confirm the reservation This covers us for holding the transport/driver and making our deposits/payments with hotels on your behalf the remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Any furher small
balance can then be paid in local cash on arrival

Our payment options are either via bank transfer of Western Union/Moneygramm.

All money Transfers are at Client’s Expense

We do not accept credit cards and PayPal does not work properly in Sri Lanka

All our prices are based on current US$/LKR exchange rates


Advance payments up to 6 weeks before arrival can be refunded, but only after administrative expenses and a hotel payments have been deducted. No refunds within 6 weeks of arrival after tour balance has been paid.


Every holidaymaker, without exception, must possess valid comprehensive travel insurance to cover all travel risks. Vehicles and hotels are insured in Sri Lanka but not up to Western levels.


There are no compulsory health requirements for visiting Sri Lanka, but all tourists are strongly advised to check with their own medical advisers well ahead of travel.

Passport and Visas

A One month Tourist visa is compulsory for all visitors and must be obtained online before arrival.
